Shipping Information

Upon ordering, all items will be shipped promptly from Grafton, VT. Most items will be sent in flat rate boxes or the most economical method, unless special delivery is requested. Shipping prices are typically automatically added to each online order, For larger shipments, you may contact us to inquire about efficiency and cost. 

TradeWinds requires a minimum order of $50, excluding shipping, for all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer both unique boards and standard stock. We understand that it's difficult to select a piece of wood without seeing it in person but we do our best to carefully select each order and we are committed to the highest  standard of quality that you are sure to appreciate.
